Your moissanite warranty

Your moissanite jewelry comes with two warranties. The first is a lifetime manufacturing warranty protecting you from manufacturing defects. This coverage is automatic as a part of the Forever Ring guarantee. The second warranty is a complimentary Forever Ring Moissanite stone warranty that guarantees that the optical properties of your stone will not change over time.

Each and every brand of moissanite comes with a warranty card guaranteeing that the optical properties of the stone will not change over time. Please register your warranty with the respective company i.e. Forever Ring, Charles and Colvard, Harro Gem, or Neo to benefit from your warranty. The purchaser must register the Forever Ring warranty within 30 days of purchase retaining the original sales receipt and warranty ID card.

Lifetime manufacturing warranty

The lifetime manufacturing warranty protects you from manufacturing defects. Generally, a manufacturing defect will present itself earlier than later. If you have any concern about your item, please contact us immediately and discontinue wearing the item. If you live outside of the Greater Toronto Area, we will provide you a free shipping label so your item can be returned to us. Upon receiving the item, we will examine it and determine if it is best to repair or replace it. Repairs and replacements, if required, are free under your warranty.

Additional free coverage for rings

One free resizing of all rings and one free re-plating of white gold rings or cleaning is included.

Rings & the importance of getting sized

We strongly encourage you to be sized or to have your partner sized prior to placing an order to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Please note that sizing is best suited for minor adjustments. Significant resizing is not possible due to how the process impacts the prongs that hold the stones.

In the rare case that a significant resizing is needed, the ring will need to be remade for which a cost is associated.

Please note, eternity bands are excluded from resizing due to the nature of their design that does not allow them to be sized.

Warranty exclusions

Your warranty excludes intentional or accidental damage, abuse, intentional scratching or etching of the item/stone(s), allergic reactions to metals or plating, items that are lost or stolen and wear and tear as determined by Forever Ring.

Beyond the warranty

If in the future your jewelry requires repair or service outside of the warranty, we will provide you with an estimate and seek your consent before proceeding.
